That's why this flavour is completely free from herbs and spices, but it's still completely delicious! Vinegar isn't strictly carnivore, but it is an important part of the curing process and represents just 0.08% of the dried product.
Just like slow cooking is better than zapping in a microwave, we slow air dry our beef which means it's naturally more tender and healthier than jerky.
